Officers and Elected Officials

The following is a list of officers for the SEDelco Dems. 

Officers are elected and serve a four year term.

Chairman Cliff Wilson

Cliff resides in Folcroft.  In addition to serving as Chair of the SEDelco Dems, Cliff serves as a member of Delaware County’s Board of Elections and previously served four terms (sixteen years) as Chairman of the Delaware County Democratic Committee.  Cliff served for eight years as a member of the New York State Legislature.

Vice Chairman Dorothy Gallagher

Dorothy is from Collingdale Borough.  She is currently the President of the Delaware County Democratic Women’s Organization and formerly a member of the Pennsylvania State Committee. Dorothy is a School Director for SouthEast Delco School Board.

Vice Chairman Stephen Ropski
Steve is a proud resident in the community of Folcroft, where he previously served with distinction as a Folcroft Borough Council member. 

Secretary Barbara Cuff

Barbara is Minority Inspector for the 5th precinct of Glenolden. She is employed as a Social Worker for the Delaware County Intermediate Unit.  She has been involved with the Boy Scouts of America for the past 20 years.  Barbara is the proud parent of five, two still at home; and the grandparent of ten.

Treasurer Martha Wilson
Martha is a committee person in Folcroft 4.  She is married to Cliff Wilson.  She is the proud mother of  Sharon and Erica, both of Folcroft and grandmother to Elizabeth and Sarah.

Executive Director Michael Shaw
Michael served as the Executive Secretary for the Delaware County Democratic Party and was
the Campaign Manager for the Mike Farrell for Pennsylvania Senate campaign in 2006, the Folcroft Council campaign in 2007, and the Cliff Wilson for Mayor campaign in 2008.
